About Us

With stressful demands, depleted energy, and hormonal imbalances as the common profile of the modern woman, it’s time we look to a whole person approach to healing rather than segmenting ourselves. While there are many perspectives and approaches to healing, we have found that interweaving the best practices of mental health, physical healing, and spiritual healing is the key to our clients finding greater, lasting wholeness. Readers will receive tools to assist them in developing their own healing practices.

Dr. Crystal Nix Dayton, DC, CAc

Dr. Crystal Nix Dayton, DC, CAc is a chiropractic physician, certified in acupuncture, who recognizes that the best way to access health sustainably is through a balance of structural, nutritional, and emotional well-being. She partners with her patients to restore equilibrium to each of these systems through natural, non-invasive treatments and by teaching them principles to maintain their health on their own. She is especially passionate about sharing emotional and hormonal healing and freedom with women.

Dr. Nix sees the incredible influence women have on their families and believes that as we women access a greater level of health and wholeness, the ripple effects will be felt throughout our homes, neighborhoods, communities and countries. Dr. Nix, along with her husband, founded Clear Route Health Partners which has a dedicated focus on this whole-person approach to health. She also loves traveling to teach and empower groups through educational speaking engagements.

Christie Gardiner, Author

Hi there! If you showed up at my front door, I’d invite you in for a cup of herbal tea (my favorite). We’d sit across my kitchen table for a chat and we’d get to know each other’s stories. Since we can’t do that (at least not today), this will have to do… I, Christie Gardiner, am a lover of life.

From performing on stage, to hiking in the mountains, to writing and speaking, to adventures with my husband and three kids, I love embracing all of the experiences life has to offer. I enjoy participating in speaking engagements across the country where my favorite thing to do is to remind groups of women that with God, they are not alone and are enough. My quirky and hopefully relatable writing was first read in blog form on behalf of the Utah Jazz and Illume Gallery of Fine Art before the release of my first book You Are the Mother Your Children Need published in 2017 by Covenant Communications.

My performing career has spanned three decades in theater, television, film, commercials, podcasting and voiceover work. I am a longtime faculty member at the Utah Conservatory of Performing Arts (Utah COPA) where I love helping inspire young people to increase their self-esteem through participation in the arts. As lovers of the Oregon Coast, my husband and I recently purchased a small cottage near Cannon Beach to share with family and friends. I just adore practicing and teaching Yoga. Currently, I spend my Sundays and Tuesday Nights with some pretty cool Young Women in my church’s youth program. In addition to writing, speaking and performing, I enjoy reading, memory keeping, cheering for the Utah Jazz, gardening, being with friends and spending time with my family.

Maristella Webley, Blogger

Hello!  My name is Maristella Webley and I am a mother of six small children. I married my childhood sweetheart (who went on to become a firefighter), and together we are building a home of learning and fun.  I also own a small, thriving preschool with classes for 3-6 year olds.  I have a passion for early childhood and know the importance of the first five years!

”Parents as first teachers” is the motto I have structured my kindergarten readiness kits around. I hope to empower parents to have an active role in their child’s life, especially when it comes to early education!
